The problem

CB serves global teams, but the Web App was English-only. For users whose working language is French or Spanish, navigating in a second language adds friction to every session — even when the data and workflows themselves are identical.

What changed

French and Spanish are now fully available in the Web App. Navigation, interface text, and labels are localized across all core workflows. Switching languages doesn’t change how the product works — it just changes the language it works in.

Use cases

  • Global teams — let regional offices use CB in their working language without workarounds
  • Client-facing workflows — share views and exports with counterparties in their preferred language
  • Onboarding — reduce the learning curve for new users who aren’t working in English
